NOTICE – Regulations provide for a 30-day waiting period after the Final EIS is published before the agency may take final action. Any written comments must be postmarked or received by April 20, 2013, to ensure they become part of the official project record.

This Web site was created to provide information about the preparation of this Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process. Information will be made available on this Web site as the EIS process moves forward. This will include relevant materials published in the Federal Register or materials presented at the EIS public meetings.
